We are committed to giving our members the best experience we can, and that extends to making our pausing and cancellation policies as simple and accommodating as possible.

CrossFit gym in Heysham, Lancaster with excellent facilities, coaches and community suitable for all. Programming and accountability for maximum results whatever your goals.

Pausing your membership

The minimum freeze period is one full calendar month, commencing on the 1st day of the month, with a maximum of three full consecutive calendar months. Each pause costs £15 per month.

Cancelling your membership

Cancel any rolling membership with one calendar month's notice.
